CPOA will pay a (“Referral”) to any Eligible Referrer, who refers a new client that buys one of the three CPOA Programs (Gold, Platinum or VIP Programs), in accordance with the College Prospects of America Rules and Policies for enrolling into the CPOA Program and the Referral Program, established by CPOA. The referral amount for each new client will be calculated based on the number of new clients who have enrolled into one of the three CPOA Programs between January 1 and December 31. The reward will be issued only after the new eligible client has paid the CPOA Program in full, or in the case of payment plans, 50% of the referral will be paid upon enrollment of the program and the remaining 50% once the program has been paid in full by the new eligible customer. The referral will be issued as long as the new eligible customer is in compliance with the CPOA Terms of Service. All referrals will be paid by wire transfer or bank deposit from the United States. CPOA will not cover the cost of any wire transfer or deposit incurred to pay a referral and any wire transfer or bank deposit costs incurred by CPOA in the payment of a referral fee will be deducted from the amount of referral being deposited. CPOA reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral program for any reason at the discretion of CPOA. The referral program does not apply to children of current clients, since in these cases special discounts and promotions apply to more than one child entering into the CPOA program. The referral will be paid only to the first person who recommends a particular new customer using the form on this website https://cpoaworld.com/referral-form/. If the new client was previously recommended by another person, that client does not qualify for a referral. Only one referral per new eligible customer will be paid by CPOA. CPOA will directly contact the person who has referred the new eligible client, using the information provided to CPOA using the form on this website, after the referred potential new client purchases one of the three CPOA Programs (Gold, Platinum, or VIP Program), and is subject to a referral. Referrals are valid only for new eligible clients who enroll into the program as of January 1st and do not apply in the cases of clients that have previously bought the program, and are referred at a later date. Any existing CPOA Clients will not be considered and do not qualify as referrals for the referral program.
